Unable to find my export

D&B Hoovers does NOT save downloaded lists. To help a customer obtain a list that he/she has downloaded we can either navigate the customer to:

 

  • Find their downloads folder
    1. Go to start menu
    2. Access the downloads folder
    3. Access the downloaded file
  • Access your download when using Chrome 
    • Find the 3 dots to the top right hand side of the browser
    • Select the option downloads 
    • Select show in folder
  • Access your download when using I.E.
    • Find the cog to the top right hand side of the browser
    • Select view downloads
  • Find the spreadsheet on their PC
    1. Go to start menu
    2. Access computer
    3. Search for file name

If the user is not able to find the download with the above steps. The user will have to rebuild the list, however, before they do we can assist with navigating them how to save downloads to a specific folder.
