How do I use "Company Update" to review public filings?

Question: How do I use Company Update to review public filings?

Answer: To review public filings on your commercial credit file, follow the below steps after you have logged in to Company Update.

 

1. On the Company Update home page, click the "Review Public Filings" button.

2. All public filings registered on your company will appear here. To see a public filing, click the tab for that filing type.

3. Here you can review the details of each public filing. If you find that a public filing is incorrect, click "Request a Change" to submit documentation to show that the filing has been updated or you may designate the filing as "Not My Company" to begin an investigation.

4. After you have reviewed all public filings registered on your company, any change requests and investigations will take up to 30 business days to complete. When the investigation is completed, you will receive an email noting the results of the update.
