Question: How do I answer my Credibility Review listing?

Answer: To begin editing your Credibility Review listing, please follow the below steps:


1. Navigate to and click the "Login/Register" link in the upper-right corner.

2. Enter your email address and password and press "Submit."

3. From your product dashboard, click the "Edit Profile" link underneath the badge.



4. Click the "Edit" button next to the business whose listing you are going to edit.

5. From this page, enter and/or edit any changes to basic profile information.



6. After you have entered basic information, click the "Details" tab on the left.




7. From here, enter your company description and website links and take note of the badge code.




8. Click the "Media" link in the upper-left corner.




9. On this page, upload your logo file (96 x 96 pixels), a banner image (960 x 204 pixels), image files, and a video URL.




10. After you have made all of your edits, press the "Save All" button in the upper-right corner.





11. After your click "Save All," your changes will be submitted for approval. Approval generally takes 24 hours and you will receive notification via email when your changes are approved and made public.
