How do I use CreditAlerts?

Question: How do I use CreditAlerts once I sign up?

Answer: CreditAlert ensures that you are immediately notified via email when there are changes in your D&B credit file that may affect your business credit score. To view these alerts, follow the below steps:

2. Once there, click the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Enter your email address and password. If you cannot remember your password, click the "Forgot My Password" link to have a temporary password sent to your email.
4. Once logged in, click the "View Alerts" button to see a list of all alerts reported on your DUNS number.
