Question: What do I do if my peers disappear?

Answer: If you log in to your CreditBuilder and find that your peers are no longer listed in your Peers section, it is likely that they have been reset due to the renewal of your CreditBuilder service. Peers will need to be re-added to reinstate monitoring of peer scores and ratings.
